Hi,
I am new to the site and was trying to access the chat room. When I click on the "Launch Live Chat Now" button I am presented with a new window where I click on "Click here to launch the Chat Application in its own window". I am then presented with a Java Warning popup announcing security concerns. It defaults to Yes - to block unsafe components from being run. After I select Yes I get what appears to be the chat window with an error in it stating:"...unable to load interface pixx: java.lang.SecurityException..."
I went back, repeated the process and selected No on the Java popup. I then go to the chat window, but get the error: "Unable to connect: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused"
I have disabled my Firewall and tried this with both IE-8 and Firefox-3.6
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,
Barry

Do I have to install an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client like mIRC for chat to work?
Ok, installed an IRC Client (mIRC), and am able to get to chat that way. Still not accessible with my browsers. Will try Chrome when I have some time.

I'm unable to connect to the chat room using mIRC.
I'm getting #BrooksPriceAction unable to join channel (address is banned)
I have enabled identd (port 113) on my router.
Do I need to enter my username and pw somewhere in mirc.
Thanks.

It isn't very active right now so I wouldn't worry about it.
